• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen

• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in German.
• Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
