Customer service specialist in the automotive industry with German

Job description:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay updated on product offerings, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in German and B2 level in English
- Ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
